At Sweet Bean Skin, every jar is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged with intention. We strive to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and federal holidays. During product launches or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand.

Once your order has been packaged and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship through USPS and other reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.

Warm Weather Notice

Our products are made with natural tallow and may soften in high temperatures. While melting does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the balm, texture may change if exposed to heat during transit.

We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery and storing your balm in a cool, dry place away from direct light.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before purchase is completed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
