Returns & Refund Policy

At Sweet Bean Skin, each product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully sourced ingredients. Because of the nature of skincare products, we have specific policies in place to ensure safety, fairness, and product integrity.

Cancellations / Order Adjustments

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee our ability to cancel or modify it, including adding or removing products.

If you need to request a change, please email us at hello@sweetbeanskin.com 
within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make adjustments.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing checkout.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

If you wish to request a return, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The product must be unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

If more than 15 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email hello@sweetbeanskin.com within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
